FLOW to Prevent Fraudulent Calls

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Oct 18, 2017
Basseterre, St Kitts

Recently the US Federal Government’s FEMA agency warned Virgin Islanders about fraudulent phone calls related to hurricane relief. While the suspect calls occurred in the USVI, FLOW has taken steps to prevent such activities in St. Kitts & Nevis so customers should not worry.

“Typically these calls happen after a hurricane passes. Many of our landline and Internet customers had their lines damaged by Irma and Maria. To prevent our customers from receiving these fraudulent calls FLOW has taken a strategic decision to protect our customers by not repairing those lines. FLOW cares.”

“Some have tried to make FLOW look bad by saying we are slow to repair, but that is not the truth. Our actions speak for themselves and with this initiative to protect our customers from fraudulent calls, we hope our customers will understand how much we care for them.”
