Unfortunately rather than work to improve PWD, PWD apparently is moving into white washing instead. Unfortunately the picture did not come out well but the vehicle says “PWD – Supporting our Community”
From paved roads turning to dirt, to rocks falling on to sidewalks from the museum, to lines painted that look like they were done by a crackhead, its hard for us to believe that PWD knows the definition of “support”.
